Chef Eddy’s team presents International Buffet Cuisine featuring both local and western flavours. He boasts over 30 years of experience in mostly free-standing restaurants and hotels under his belt. He is assisted by Chef Ronnie, who has been in the F&B industry for 23 years. He picked up his skills from many senior chefs for 10 years majoring in Mise en place and operations including butchering, plating and multi ingredients. His vast experience includes cafes, international schools, restaurants, Central kitchens, entertainment industry, food events. Chef Ronnie specializes in Western and local cuisine.
